I also tried "thanks2", I tried both as a "coupon code" and get nothing but a notice that they're not valid. Are they not a coupon codes so they work differently?

Anyway, I sent a note that if the code is no good then to delete the order and refund my money.

Hi, all - please note that this coupon code is good for http://www.wellnessbriefs.com - not http://www.DryDiapersPlus.com (this is our US site, and we've been getting a few emails from some of you trying to use the coupon code, which doesn't work on our site. That's like trying to use a McDonald's coupon at Burger King - same type of business - but not same company:)

Hi, Dean - the "thanks 2" only works on the Canadian site www.DryDiapersPlus.ca - and is only good till Jan 31st
