I am not an ABDL, but have found that some of the products from Bambino diapers are excellent. True, they do cater to the ABDL community, but I believe they have quite a few "real" incontinent customers as well. I have purchased the all white bianco diaper from them and it is as good as the 24/7 in my opinion. It is softer and as absorbent. Plus, all their diapers have 4 tabs. They do carry a number of other brands as well that are not printed. Just thought I would give another opinion.

I'm no ABDL either, but when I first experienced IC, I Googled "adult diapers", and guess what shows up? So I read some of the forums, and found a few to be very informative for me. The people there were very helpful and non-judgemental about me, which made it so much easier for me to ask questions. So as I was gathering more information, I did notice that most places who provided diapers to the ABDL world charged more than what I saw for pricing in the online medical supply places.

I wear diapers overnight so wearing diapers with designs would be nice, I think I would feel like a kid again instead of incontinent

I have tried some of the print diapers before. They work well. I found that I feel weird around my wife putting them on. I didn't think that was worth it. Plus, as others have stated the price difference can be a factor. I will say this, I have found what works for me and fits my body so I plan on sticking with that. I think first and foremost it should be a matter of function. After all, what good does it do to wear a print and feel a certain way about it if the diaper doesn't work as intended and your clothes get wet.
On the other side, I really don't care what you choose to wear. If it works for you, great for you. I'm not here to judge anyone. That is not why I was put on this earth.

I've tried the Bambino Bianco and like them, would gladly make them my daytime diaper as their landing zones make self diapering easier, but the VA is on the cusp of providing me Dry 24/7's and free trumps all. I guess I will have to figure out some sort of shimy that works for the ConfiDry so I can self diaper during the day as well. I'm not really sure what else is out there as I mostly ordered from XP Medical, HDIS and another pharmacy distribution center whose name I've forgotten.

Bambino and confidry are about the only two major ways the tapes are configured for plastic backed adult diapers. There is also depends, which has the six tape design, but they are generally terrible diapers. The rest all have slight variations for the tapes, cut, design, etc, but that's pretty much it for us, unless you go with cloth backed disposables or cloth diapers in general.
Some people on other sites have mentioned they will memorize where the tapes end up, then next time tape the diaper together before they pull it on like you would with underwear. The fit is always a little looser, but this may be an option for you or anyone with mobility problems. It might be worth trying at least.

That is why the Bambino's worked for me, I memorized positioning and pulled them on like underwear. Not as good as my wife can do when she helps, but with my mobility problems it beats nothing.

I have no intention to buy printed diapers. That said, I have already bought one pair of printed covers, and will eventually buy more. Nothing babyish. But the pair I have now is a green and red plaid. My motto is "I may have to wear the darned diapers, but I will make it a tolerable as possible". For me that means sprucing up the underwear color palette. My next pair of covers are designed to look like denim. If they peek out it will look like my jeans.
