I reorder some abena's I use when I travel. I got a sample of these shipped with it. I have to say, outstanding. High absorbency, phenomenal wicking, great integrity (no bunching), no pinhole leaks in the sample I got, great tapes, and the best fit I've experienced.
The drawbacks, and they are minor, VERY crinkly plastic; northshore claims the same pricing as abena level 4, but they sell the abena at a discount on amazon, but don't sell cases of their housebrand there.
If I could get them for the same price they list the abenas on amazon, I'm competently sold.

Does anyone know if these diapers are approved for VA? The VA buy my supplies, and I think these are the best diapers I've ever hard, but I heard they are not approved for VA purchase. I guess I could call and ask, but I thought maybe someone might know.

The VA should have no problem ordering from NorthShore Care Supply. We sell to various VA locations all the time.

I just received an unsolicited sample pack of what looks like two. (Thank you, if the Northshore rep is still reading.) I haven't opened it yet, hoping to save it for an occasion when I need to travel or carry them around, as they appear smaller and less bulky than the Abena Abriflex I am using. I have occasionally bought the Abenas from Northshore when the Amazon.com price, which fluctuates, is less than XP Medical, and also occasionally used Northshore's own liners, which are one of the few brands that have adhesive for very large sizes.
Anyway, the claimed capacity is slightly more than the Abriflex, and the Abriflex, as Wetters and I can both attest, is excellent. Cases of the Northshore product are relatively smaller, slightly less expensive, about $1 apiece on Northshore's site. Cases don't appear to be available on Amazon at this time, but individual packages are. I think worth a try the next time I need to reorder something, which I don't quite yet. I know most people here use brief-style products, but if you do use the pull-ons, I would be interested in other people's feedback

Just an FYI about Abena Abri-Flex pull-ons...
Abena is totally revamping the Abri-Flex line. Here is the message that all the Abena dealers received. We'll carry the old Abri-Flex as long as we can get stock.
Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to announce the launch of the NEW Abri-Flex Premium line of adult diapers: a much thinner and softer product, resulting in a more discreet diaper. This line still features the high absorption and breathability that Abena products are known for, and includes the following added benefits:
• 3D DualCore® technology, with increased absorption in the center of the core and no bulkiness to the front and back
• Extra long spreading layer where the whole core absorbs urine faster
• High side barriers, which minimize the risk of leakage and allow for more freedom of movement
• More elastic threads resulting in a tighter, more flexible fit; perfect for the active user
• A thinner, more discreet product with the same unrivalled performance
We anticipate the line being available in mid-December. Please note that the NEW Abri-Flex Premium will eventually replace the current Abri-Flex line, most likely in mid-2015. At that time, the current Abri-Flex line will be discontinued.

Thank you for the information, Adam. I hope they are indeed improvements.
A comment about one of Northshore's products: As I said above, I have also purchased and used your liners for those times that I don't need the extended wear time of a pull on. It's also easier and more efficient for me as an independent person with impaired dexterity and mobility than changing a pull on or brief in a public restroom to another pull on or brief. Many of the other brands in the larger sizes do not have adhesive and tend to shift too much over time, so I appreciate that Northshore has the adhesive on all sizes.
That said, I find your "large" size to be a bit too narrow such that only part of a moderate leak will be caught by the padding. (I am female, if it's relevant.) So I moved up to "extra large" and found it an improvement in absorption, but also too large for me. I wear a medium in the pull on style and after a while, part of the extra large liner it will fold over on itself, even though I attempt to adjust as needed prior to leaving the restroom each time if I have not needed to change. I can imagine this size would be enormous on a person who would wear a small or extra small pull on or brief. I'm wondering if Northshore would consider an intermediate size between what's currently called the "large" and the current "extra large"-- wider than the large, narrower than the extra large, while simultaneously about the same length as the large but shorter than the extra large. Thanks for your consideration.

For a liner in between large and XL, where would you want it wider? Front, middle, rear, all of the above. Do you prefer hourglass shape, figure 8 or rectangular?

Adam, not sure if you know the orders, but I've been ordering the Supreme Briefs for a few months now.
I am very happy with them, and now can go through less of them in a day, than ever did with any other diaper.
Less leaks and tears.
Great job to all who are behind making them and those distributing them, as well.
