I seen onesies discussed occasionally on the forum. I assume these are shirts that button below the crotch. Where are these available? Do they help?

Over the years I have tried onesies form several suppliers. I have had the best luck buying from www.baby-pants.com.
Yes they are a AB/DL supplier but these onesies are made extremely good. They are very sturdy and able to support the weight of a very wet diaper. I wear diapers 24/7 and would estimate I get at least a couple of years from one.

I've had pretty good luck with the 4 care body stockings from XP Medical, I don't really use them all of the time so I can't comment on durability, but they do work really well. And then I've tried the onesies from bodysuit.com, but because they are not designed for incontinent individuals they don't provide the support that you would need, the crotch is very narrow and the snaps are very small. (I actually had a lot of difficulty with the snaps)

The wear to work ones by mslorainex are not really all that babyish. But the abdl ones are pretty sturdy and functional though.

I've had luck with baby-pants but I only use onesies in the winter cause I'd sweat my bum off otherwise.
