XP Medical

I got what appears to be bad batch of Abenas this week, and am having trouble reaching XP to figure out what to do. I've sent email and left voicemail. Anyone know if maybe they're having they're having technical difficulties, or maybe an alternate way to reach them?

Have not used them, but many on here do, give it time for them to chime in. Gary seems to be a great seller to deal with, I am sure it will all get worked out for you, all I hear about him and XPMedical is positives, Puffy

Ive heard nothing but good as well, and will definitely cut them a lot more slack than I'd normally be inclined to because of it.

Their shipping times are downright awesome. They must have a warehouse near me because i got one order next day, and that was with "standard" shipping.

I had an issue with some Abena Extra diapers from XPmed. I took photographs of the defect and sent them via email to XPmed and Gary looked at them and sent me a free case to replace what I ordered. It was easy. Call them daily. Morning is best. And send them an email outlining what happened. Take pictures of the defect and send them to Gary. He will take care of it promptly. I have no doubt and full faith in the service of XPmed.

Cheers,

Don

I got in touch with XP today, and they took care of my problem beyond expectations.

I just wanted to update my post so nobody gets a black eye.

I will keep using XP and would gladly recommend them to anyone!

Kinda figured that would be the way it turned out, not uncommon a response for anything anyone had problems with that they bought thru them, they know how to be customer friendly! :D Puffy

In my opinion, XP Medical is the best place to purchase incon diapers from in the USA. I've always found their customer service to be top notch and the best you could expect. Most the time I receive items purchased within 3 days of placing the order, and that is something that other online suppliers have not matched and I DON'T live in the same state where XP Medical is located either. I'm glad to hear that you got your problem resolved, but is really is no surprise that Gary at XP Medical did whatever it took (within reason of course) to make you a happy customer again. Unlike some companies, XP Medical values their customers and only sells high quality products at some of the best prices you'll find any where on the items they sell. Sorry if this sounds like an advertisement, but I guess you can tell that I'm a happy customer of XP Medical. I don't work for the company, but I have been buying from them for several years and now you know why. :)

I use XP Medical as well for my Abena pullups. Free shipping for a case, fast service.

XP Medical is EXCELLENT! I ordered a swim diaper from them..they sent me the wrong size, and corrected it promptly, and i merely mentioned they didnt have samples of the delta form brief available on the site..and without even asking...Gary sends me a sample to try... now that im cured..i no longer need his products...but when i did and was experimenting with abena.. XP medical made it a painless process!

XP is my top choice as well. Garys price is always competitive, and his service is the best I have ever seen.
