Not a whole lot of that for me. When I first told him that I had problems, he sent me off to see the Uro, and he did the lookie-loo, and asked a few history questions, as it has been 15+ yrs so a bunch of info to tell him about. He did a cystoscopy, and the fill drain Urodynamic tests, and found nothing serious to lead to a cause. Prostate infectiion, not the first aggrevates things for sure. As far as how to deal with it, I told the doc the leg bag system is a life saver as far as being able to do things and not have to constantly fret where the bathrooms are. I have been diapering when needed at night, not so much daytime, a pull up if needed for short trips. He originally only knew of the leg bag, but it is a hassle and expensive for short trips, so I told him I was using disposable products. Never got into the horrid details, I really think he didn't want to hear it, all he said was "Do what you have to to control it". The Urologist NEVER even asked how I coped with the incontinence, all he did was tests and a perscription for antibiotics, and I have not even heard back on any offical findings from the scope and fill test. He may have read in my chart that I was using the legbag and cath for daytime, and nights when it got that bad. I may need to go see another in the future, as I was disappointed with his performance to say the least. I am guessing at 43, I should not have these kind of problems, but they see younger then me, I just lack the visible disabling injuries and illnesses. Thanks, Puff
