Interesting that you brought this up right now. At night I normally wear a premium pull-up with a thickly folded cotton pad inside all covered by Gary PUL pants. This way if I wake up having to pee I can just pull everything down, use the toilet, pull everything back into place and get back to sleep. Fortunately having to pee during the night doesn't happen very often. But unfortunately when I do have to go while sleeping I usually don't even wake up and end up having a "peeing dream" thus having a soaked pad/diaper when I wake up. Well last night I must have had a major flood which not only soaked the pad but also a major portion of the pull-up. Some even got out into my PUL Pants but at least nothing leaked out onto the bed sheets. As you mentioned it really shakes your confidence in your protection. I guess I could just start using one of my premium (Better Dry) diapers at night with a pad inside but now I'm worried that that will always be enough. Getting to your point though, I've never used an all-cloth diaper before but I'm starting to think, as you have, that I may need to switch to full cloth diapers at night. Just when you think you've got your protection for your IC figured out it always seems to throw you a curve ball that you weren't expecting.
