Leaky positions

For me it's definitely standing or standing up. For instance today I was standing ordering a coffee and all the sudden I flooded my diaper. Forgot I had one on for a second and panicked

My most severe urges, and the most leaking, come shortly after standing up. The most severe bladder spasms occur while sitting.
