I agree with Porkchop Dry 24/7's are a great diaper and I to wear them 24/7.

I tried the A+ level 3. I was really impressed. It held about a quart and a half with no leaks. I wouldn't push it much past that though. I was driving sitting walking etc. So I felt it got a really good test. being a level 3 they are a bit more discrete than the heavyweights.

I used to have bad urge I continence with lots of flooding. As such I ended up needing confidry24/7 as well. Thanks to a recent sphincterotomy surgery, I am now more of a constant dribble. I could probably get away with a lesser diaper now, but still prefer being able to go 6-8 before needing a change.

I can't stand dry 24/7 at all as tbe fit is so awkward on me and comes up kinda low. The tapes ain't that great either.

This is why trial and error is key, everybody has a unique body type and needs different things. Diapers that work for some wont for others, but hopefully we can still help each other find the key to our own unique management routine. Hope you've found the solution, and when you do you share with the rest of us....

The one and only thing I didn't like about the Dry 24/7 was the constant sound of plastic crinkling with every move.
