Porkchop, I do wear pull-ups when I need to - usually for relatively brief periods. For example, when I go to my dermatologist for a whole-body examination. She can briefly slide my pull-ups down in front and in back for her examination and then slide them back up. I also am seeing a pelvic floor rehabilitation therapist who wants me to merely slide my diaper down to my knees while a drape is covering my privates. It is much easier when wearing a pull-up.
However, when I am done with my exams, I begin flooding almost immediately as I walk out the exam room door.

I count on my pull-ups to take that and get me home dry. I use the Abena Abriform Level 3s and wear a pair of PUL pants on top. Actually the Abriforms are quite good for a pull-up and have good internal standing leak guards. I have tested several pull-ups and the Abena came out on top. They will take several normal wettings. Of course, the most important thing is that they fit your personal anatomy.
