I'm thinking about trying the A+ level 4. I've used the northshore supreme, the abena l4, and the new confidry. I found the northshore to be good quality; the abena to be a bit lacking in construction quality, but good in terms of absorbency and placement of padding; the confidry was no good for me (padding was too far back, and it tended to leak around the legs on the morning).
Given that I'm a bedwetter only. How would you all compare the A+ to these products.
I just bought a case of the A+ level 4. I have not used them yet, but I am a little nervous since they seem thinner than the Abena L4 I have been using for the last 6 months.
