I wear cloth diapers with plastic pants. I seem to have the most problems with diaper rash when wearing disposables. Over the years I have tried every remedy under the sun. My mom used Diaperene and Desiten on me alot. I do not find Destin to be effective. Lately I have been using Butt Paste with very good results!

I'm currently using a product called "Soothe & Cool" which is a barrier cream. It works really good for me.

Personally I use Calmoseptine Ointment I found at walgreens.... I Personally love this stuff when a rash happens it feels so nice after being rubbed in... But i Think I am also going to give Sandys J&J powder a try thought cause its sounds good..
