What should I look for in a portable reusable adult changing mat?
As going to start getting much-needed support from a support worker for personal care I am 172cm
I need help with personal care, including suppositories and lotion, and creams after baths.
TIA

Several manufacturers of these pads advertise online. They come in several sizes to accommodate different needs. I use mine under my bed sheets, because they are easier to wash than vinyl mattress covers.

I currently have reusable cloth ones under my sheets but looking for a vinyl one for when I am getting assistance so I can just wipe down or when I get worse as I am starting to become a ambulatory wheelchair user thanks
