Oh, my. I was NOT prepared for a heatwave in Italy (Toscane) when we booked. The first week of our holiday we stayed at Lago Maggiore, a bit more northern, and that was about 30°Celsius at max. But more like 25-27° because of the thunderstorms. I could take any trip and even ziplined with my regular material (molicare premium elastic). At the moment it's almost 40°C and I've switched to pull ups from the Lines brand (Always is Lines in Italy) and changing every 2 hours. Was well worth the trip to the local groceries for those. But oh my....it's to hot! I usually say that horses sweat, men transpire and ladies glow. But at the moment I'm a horse...
Any advice?
Of course I'll be back in the AC for the evening and night
