I wear cloth diapers at home and for short outings/errands. For longer outings, I wear disposables.

A month after my first post and if it wasnt for the fact that I had to give a presentation while peeing my diaper twice (that was an experience), I would say that my bladder has calmed down a lot.

Functioning in public while incontinent will always be a challenge. Wear the best, most reliable protection you can, which will free you to concentrate on the task at hand. Bravo. Keep up the good work.

I am aware. I had a megamax on for that reason. But it felt odd to just be talking in front of people (at least I was behind a podium) and simultaneously peeing myself. I know no one could see me, but it did feel like everyone could see me.

Ladies have the advantage that they easily can carry a small diaper in a medium-size handbag very discreetly. Some have mentioned that it is convenient to carry a lighter-absorbency diaper than they usually wear - just enough to last until they can return home or have an opportunity to change into a heavy-duty diaper. :D

During those periods when I think I will be at high risk of an accident, I carry a small backpack. However, in many social situations that would attract attention and unwanted comments or questions. :(

Of course, I have a full "disaster kit" in my car - just in case.
