Hello, I'm Jocasta from the UK. I've urinary incontinent since 19 - started bedwetting then day wetting. They say it's hereditary - one of my older sisters is incontinent since birth - or just weak bladder muscles. So really no clear reason. I was recommended catethers but dislike the feeling so had to wear disposable nappies/diapers full time. Not one that likes wearing sometimes.

They recommended a SPC or an indwelling cath? Nobody likes indwelling ones; they are uncomfortable and only used temporarily, such as after operations.
