I use a tide pod and 1/4-1/2 cup of borax (depending on load size) with hot water. I wash diapers by themselves and every other day. Sometimes I do a pre-wash in between. I also use a small amount of chlorine bleach to disinfect. Occasionally, I use arm and hammer oxy clean liquid with non-chloride bleach to switch things up. My skin gets sensitive to laundry soaps too!

I wash using Tide Pods, every other day. With BM stains, I use a spray pre-wash, Clorox, and, if necessary, a second wash and/or rinse.

I was told by a maker of cloth diapers to NOT use Tide pods, because they were not concentrated enough to get dirty diapers clean. You can actually find an index of recommended detergents for cloth diapers here: https://fluffloveuniversity.com/how-to- ... ent-index/
I use origional Tide powder. I have not been using my cloth diapers a lot lately, due to the fact I got a little too big for them. But now I think I will resume wearing them, to save on extended wear cost.. or alternate between cloth and disposable extended wear at work.

I use Oxyclean HD.

Also, it can help if you turn up the thermostat on your water heater a few degrees so you get hotter water in the washer.

Matt, do you use a second rinse cycle? Some modern washers to not use enough water for a load of thirsty cloth Pampers. A second rinse cycle helps to rinse out any remaining soap.
