My inventory are mostly AdultClothDiaper, birdseye and gauze. Over these I use polyurethane and polyurethane/ nylon laminate pants from AngelFluff

Since I'm getting tired of throwing money (and pull-ups) in the landfill, I've been thinking a lot lately about cloth diapers. I have manual dexterity issues due to a stroke, and pinning isn't doable (I even have trouble with tapes on disposables). I'm surprised & happy to hear that Babykins offers pull-up cloth diapers. I seem to remember that Babykins caters to the ABDL community, but I'm not adverse to buying from them if they have something that works for me. Thanks for the heads-up, Wetr.

If you're having manual dexterity difficulties, you might consider buying one velcro tabbed diaper, to see if you can make it work for you. Sharpening a safety pin on emery paper and lubricating with bath soap before trying to insert it might be another avenue to explore. Gauze is the easiest to use with pins; birdseye is next, and flannel is the densest, most difficult fabric to use for pinning. Good luck.

I will also second Babykins products! the Onesies and pullup are high quality and durable I have some onesie that are 7 years old... They will even do custom work if requested.. they are not solely and ABDL company but cater to even cloth infant and incontinence products.

I'm a long time cloth user at night and sometimes during the day. CTDC has good quality twill prefolds that wear very well. I rotate through about 12 large and 6 x-large diapers and find they easily last longer than a year. At the end of life, they make great rags. Their prices are the best I've seen any where....$21.95 for large and $23.95 for x-large. I've been a CTDC customer for years and find them easy to deal with and quick to ship.
Instead of pins, I use number 2 Snappies. They stretch, are easier to use than pins and hold everything in place well.
I hold my nose an buy PEVA cover pants from an ABDL supplier. They fit well and wear well and are very reasonably priced. I also use Garywear PUL pants with disposables.
With the nice warm and dry days here in central cal, I'm saving on electricity too by line drying.

I noticed the Kins pullup was mentioned. All of there products seem to be made with flannel. Many years ago I tried flannel. At the time it seemed that was the most available in adult products. My take was that the material did not absorb as quickly as twill, birdseye or gauze. As Scoopy said in a Gauze vs Flannel post, they also took a long time to dry. Perhaps the two are related.
