Things have calmed down since i stopped taking pain meds and trying to get on a regular schedule. Im still dealing with a bit of loose stools during the day but it hasnt caused any accidents. I got a couple of probiotic drinks to help calm my stomach. I wore pull ups to the confrence which was probabably a bad idea but i made it through. Back to regular diapers now though 24/7. Its all still a learning curve 5 years later as new things emerge.

I spoke too soon. I was putting my months supply of diapers away and the urge hit me. I walked to the bathroom on my knees as fast as i could, was hurling myself onto the toilet and went practically everywhere but the toilet. I would have been better off going in my diaper. I chalk it up to the hurdle of not being able to walk but i cant keep on like this. My first step is to give up coffee which makes me extremely sad as an ex starbucks barista. I think i need to see my doctor as well. I have 2 appointments out tomorrow and i pray for no trouble.

I regretted reading of your latest bowel difficulty. Getting yourself on a manageable schedule promises to be a challenge. The GI deodorant I use is Devrom, which has not yet shown signs of negative interactions with my medications. But check with your doctor about what will work best in your situation.
