Just woke up with a wet bed from a megamax. I'll be sticking with supremes and pul pants

Seems like you could add the PUL pants to the MegaMax. However, if your supremes have never failed you, then do that.

Try this, take any soft cotton cloth (even a washcloth) and fold it into a thick pad and put that in the bottom of your nighttime diaper. The cotton will absorb even a flood very quickly and then distribute it to the rest of the diaper. In the morning you can simply rinse out the pad in the sink and hang to dry waiting for the next wash. This method certainly isn't as good as a full cloth diaper but it just might work for you as a quick, easy, and cheap stop-gap measure. This method works great for me, but I have very small voids. And finally don't forget the PUL pants, I never go to sleep without them just in case.

Cloth diapers with waterproof pants (any type) at night have never failed me.
They require an investment and definitely cleanup isn’t convenient like disposable diapers, but there are -several advantages- to cloth...
Just sayin’. :-)

Are you physically able to use and launder cloth diapers? Do you have access to aides who could do that for you? If you can, let me second Ellyn's suggestion that cloth may be the best choice for you. Good luck and keep us informed.

I don't use them often, but you are right, Ellyn.

I have aides that could help me launder them but I dont have my own washer and dryer. Its communal on the first floor and costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry which adds up. The pocket diapers I got from rob don't really fit anymore. I'm flat broke right now trying to juggle my leg amputation on Wednesday and buying everything I need (transportation, diapers, cat supplies, all my monthly bills). I ordered 2 cases of supreme to have with me at the hospital/rehab and have random spares in my apartment for emergency

what about the better dry i been useing them for better part of 5 months and really like them they have the taller leak guards and we can use the bigger booster pads with them and work really well for me so far i really wish a diaper company would also put more fluff sap or what ever they want to call it out more in the wing part of the diaper

Justej, you might want to look into adult pullups from threaded armor. You can subscribe for 50 bucks a month.
