As for the individual clearly, there was something wrong with him fortunately for you the situation was not worse but certainly bad, Humans are weird and some are just not all their! Hopefully, this individual straightens out before it escalates even more, I am glad that there are places like ICS that keeps a firm line, there is a place for everyone on the internet but some people are just wired wrong and don't understand limits, common courtesy and decency Sorry you had that experience!
