i get a lot of acne due to taking testosterone. recently ive had spots around the leg gatherers of my diaper and pull pant.
does anyone have any tips on how to prevent that? if i wear just an abena i dont seem to have a problem but any other diaper and or pul pant creates spots of acne.
i plan on talking to my primary care tomorrow but was wondering if anyone experienced this.

Only on occasion. Even had a boil form one time within hours around the edge.
