Comfortable to wear for about 2-3 hours, with 2-3 moderate wettings. They can clump in humidity pretty quickly, and are a bit noisy for my tastes. I'd compare them to a Molicare padding with a much thicker cover and taped landing zone. Decent when used with a stuffer, that are good at maintaining PH levels while keeping smells concealed.
TotalDry Xplus = 7/10 (wherease ComfiCare 247 = 9/10.. M4 = 9/10.. BetteryDry = 10/10).

I ask because my Medicaid pays for them completely. I've been paying half of my supply which helps. But its gonna be a tight couple of months so I'm trying to save as much as I can.
