dry 24 7 sometimes come riped but i fix with ducktape but betterdry tend to sag more and the bottom tapes come undone and end up sticking to my skin and hurt. i would get northshore supremes but the leak guards are not tall enough to hold bowel leakage. what should i get im leaning more towards dry 24 7

I too had a similar problem until I read here about compression pants/briefs stops the stress on the tabs. I always wear diaper and/or booster pad, compression pants and waterproof cover then I am good to go.
