I am a male and I have urge incontinence also. When it comes to do anything with swimming, don't worry about it. There isn't anything you can do and no one will know if you leak in the pool or hot tub. When you are at the beach, just wear your normal swim suit and wrap a towel around you if you are afriad of it showing on your swim suit. One thing I have noticed since I have been wearing diapers full time for over a year now, is that no one ever notices if you are wearing a diaper. I am prescribed Tranquility SmartCore Diapers by the VA and they are excellent for Urge Incontinence. They are cloth backed with velcro tabs which can be taken of and re-positioned multiple times. They hold a great amout or at least way more than depends andhold up a lot better under clothing. I am in the military and wear them under my uniform and no one has ever noticed. I also wear regular workout shorts to the gym with the diaper underneath and no one has noticed. If My advice has helped in any way, please let me know.
