Great info! I basically never wear underwear over my diaper, but on the rare occasions I do, I will be extra conscious to not overdo it. Thanks for your continued efforts! |

I'm so glad you did that test and video. I have always had more leaks if I wore underwear over a diaper. Sometimes I do it in order to better conceal my diapers, but never to increase performance. |

Great video. It seems to be a trade off for me to either wear underwear to help hold up the diaper or experience have it sag and feel uncomfortable. |

Personally, I use a flannel "pullup" and A pul diaper cover over my disposables when I go out but they are very lose compared to the underwear styles we tested and both fill very important anti-leak rolls. I would suggest trying that if you have issues with sagging. |
