I know this sounds strange, but think of it... we all know good skin care involves letting it breath downstairs right? well with my sensory issues i tend to find shirts sometimes uncofortaable so i often strip to the bare essentials when the door is shut in my apt. Don't worry I don't leak everywhere.. if i sense my bladder will spurt i sit on a blue pad. It just struck me that, yes, essentially incontinence turns you into a closet (behind closed doors) nudist.

Chew on that one for a bit.

Peace out!

Rob

Frequent washing and changing, occasionally with assistance, hospital stays, pelvic floor physical therapy appointments, and medical exams and tests have had a similar affect on me. Modesty just ain't what it used to be. What remains is my demand to be independent.
