Should I be worried about daily and more nightly stains in underwear? They're certainly inconsistent but sometimes changes underwear 4 times in 24 hours. Is there a `normal' amount of slight staining? Or am I considered incontinent?

If your staining remains stable, but you are still concerned, contact a urologist. However, if your staining progresses to full-on bladder releases, with stained pants and/or bedding and pajamas, your incontinence will become obvious. Good luck and report back when you can.

Go see a doctor. We are not doctors here. No way for us to know. Good luck.

Have seen doctors, nurses, consultants, specialists, physiotherapist, urologist, technicians...... my question remains: is some fecal staining normal? Daily? How does one quantify it? Am thinking I'm not the only one with this problem or am I?

If you have consulted with that many medical professionals, their advice would be more accurate than anything we could write here. Keeping yourself clean, free from rash and offensive odor, should be enough to encourage you that you are managing your situation effectively. Good luck.
