Diapered with an ileostomy

New here. Urge incontinence is what I deal with, and the heavy duty abena pads can no longer handle the flow when I have to go. So, I wear a diaper when I'm out and about. As a guy with an ileostomy, my pouch "gets in the way" since it hangs down from my stoma inside my diaper. It's irritating and sometimes gets wedged between the leak guards and my crotch, resulting in an embarrassing leak.

I'd like to know if other ileostomates have found a way to secure the pouch so this does not happen.
