I was in contact with northshore care several months ago via chat, and asked one of their agents whether the securtiy breach has been fixed, and today i contacted them agian. Their explanaiton as to why it took 3 months to inform their customers was that it took time to understand all the details of what happened and wnated to be sure to be accurate. They are going to have someone contact me to discuss how the breach happened and what htey have done to fix it. I will let you all know what I find out. Northshore Care has had great products and excelletnt customer service so it was a shame to see this happen to them. My only complaint about them other than this breach is that they dont offer free shipping.. But they do carry products that XP does not.
