Hi, abenamoncler, and welcome to the forum. Congratulations on the birth of your daughter. As I've said many times before, we are a group of knowledgeable and caring people who are always willing to share information, offer useful advice, and to be a safe place to vent when necessary. Also, if you haven't already seen them, the Diaper Primer and other resource tabs on the homepage are an excellent source of information. btw, I have daytime urge incon and nightwetting episodes. I also use Abena products (pull-ups) for the same reason you do. Again, welcome!

Hi and welcome to ICS. I also have urge incontinence, but also with a neurogenic blockage. Abena and Molicare are good diapers but would leak on me a little too often. How well do they work for you, and have you tried Confidry24/7 or Northshore Supreme?
