Not too sue how to explain but why does the padding bunch up unevenly around the rear as its really u comfortable when uneven when you sit feels like it's the material inside the molicare mobile (pull up).

Any suggestions to stop this from happening?

Unfortunately this is due to cost cutting by the manufacturer. There are a number of reasons why it happens (looser packed or thinner padding is the most common though). And unless you can convince the manufacturer to go back to their previous design, then your clumping issues will only continue.

You can compensate for it by wearing compression shorts, but I have found no other way to prevent it other than by switching to another brand.
