Hi guys just introducing myself if that's ok. Long time forum lurker decided to sign up as this forum is of great help to me as it stops me feeling from like the odd one out if you know what I mean. A bit about me I'm 29 male from the uk, have been suffering from urinary inc for most of my life due to being very poorly as a child and also later when I was about 21 had a serious mountain bike crash which landed me on a prolonged hospital stay with various broken bones and spine injury, thankfully I made a pretty good recovery apart from a few scars. I find it very hard to talk about my problems and it's only my wife and dr that know about my problem, it's taken a lot of guts for me to just sign up here! Apart from being inc I am reasonably healthy and live a very active lifestyle as I try not let my condition affect me too much. I work as a arborist and train and ride mountain bikes at expert level. I find cycling is the only time I feel free of my condition as I don't have to use any protection (black Lycra so you can't see a thing!). Anyway I hope every one has a great day

Hi and welcome. We are an open community here so don't feel reluctant to talk about your incontinent issues here. Nobody will judge you, but be warned we will probably try to help.
