molicare 3 vs the 4

so i got my shipment of the molicare super plus.
before i realized it, i put one on and it said on the package "no. 3"
i thought i was getting a 4.
are they going to be absorbant enough?
kinda freaking out.

The "3" is the size. Should be size Large. If it is the Molicare Super Plus in size Large the total (maximum) absorption should be about 46 oz.

Just wanted to say I'm really impressed with these. No leaks or odor. So grateful my mom ordered me to these.
