Of the many frustrations and embarrassments that incontinence forces upon us, coping with winter weather has to be the worst for me. I do not know where all of your live, but where I live, in the mountains of Pennsylvania, our local and national meteorologists are promising us one huge winter storm, with wide-spread blizzard conditions and feet of snow. Shoveling snow, operating my snow blower, chipping ice, and dodging falling icicles in a wet, cold diaper is not my idea of fun. I manage Meniere's disease, gastroparesis, brain damage, and incontinence. But enduring sub-zero wind chills while working in a wet diaper must be the worst.

I'm up north too, I feel ya and it's a terrible feeling. Anything that holds in body heat and blocks wind can help. Plastic pants (not PUL), a few layers, snow pants. It's not perfect, but it makes it more tolerable.

Nothing like a little cold air shock to send my bladder into spasms.

Me, too, PB&J - That's why I left Chicago. Not like we don't get it here in Western Washington, though.

My thoughts are with all of the forum members (and everyone) in New England tonight. Be safe, keep warm, and take care of each other.

The mere thought of shoveling snow while wearing a cold, wet diaper is enough to make certain portions of my anatomy shrivel!

I live in a suburb of Toronto, and it gets cold here too. The misery of being out in the cold with a wet diaper is one of the reasons that I gave up snow clearance and hired a guy to do my shoveling for me. Heated car seats are also a blessing in cold weather.

Lancaster County, PA lucked out this time around. I feel for my friends and family in New England area as they are getting pounded. Good luck all. Enjoy your French Toast.

We've got another round belting us right now......I'm at work in southern New Hampshire 40 miles from my home in southern Maine. We probably have nearly a foot on the ground here in NH. Haven't talked to the wife at home in several hours but would guess that they have gotten about the same up there......

I hope the misery that has engulfed New England will end soon - EXCEPT for the Patriots (Tom Brady, in particular).... One of my brothers lives in Chicago, and they're getting a pounding, too.
