Hello World... and a little bit about my incontinence.

Hello. Nice to meet you all. I've been lurking here for a few days reading.
A little bit about myself. I'm 35 year old male, and I've had incon issues off and on for several years after I had a low back injury largely as result of my own foolishness. More recently I've had another "flare up" and had to reveal the problem to my fiance who has been very understanding and supportive of me.
My story so far. I hurt my lower back when I thought it would be a swift idea to take a four foot jump from a rock ledge to a sand pile while carrying a jackhammer. Idiotically I thought the sand was soft enough to break my fall and instead I got a VERY sore tailbone and jarred feeling in my lower back. Everything seemed normal until I woke up the next day in agony and discovered that my legs were not functioning. I literally had to drag myself to the kitchen with only my arms and had to have my step-brother haul me to the hospital. Unfortunately for me, I had not filled out the workers comp paperwork the previous day because the office was closed and my boss didn't have a key to get me the forms. At the hospital they didn't do much of anything because by the time I got there feeling was restored to my legs and I could walk. Just barely. They gave me a shot of tramadol and naproxen in the derriere and sent me on my way.
I visited my GP two days later, and he wanted to do an MRI on my back because I still had weakness in my knees. The workers comp insurance wouldn't pay for it, and I was broke, and couldn't have it done. He gave me a script for vicodin and sent me on my way. A few weeks later I started to lose control of my bladder, humiliated and frustrated with the lack of being able to get proper treatment, I used horrible pharmacy diapers to manage my growing incontinence problem. About a month after that I found a chiropractor that was able to put things back into line with my low back and my incontinence came to an end about a week later.
Fast forward to last week. I have a different GP now on a different health plan. I went to him about two months ago for a nagging bronchitis issue, and he recommended that I should probably take antibiotics and quit smoking. He gave my sulfa drugs, which nearly killed me due to a severe allergic reaction. And a script for wellbutrin for smoking cessation. I've been on the wellbutrin for a little over two months, and last week I started having a problem with needing to urinate suddenly. That started on a Monday, and by that Saturday I would simply get the urge to urinate and I would just go wherever I was, no stopping it. Now I'm back to square one like I was a couple of years ago, and this afternoon I'll be going to the doc again to figure out why the floodgates have opened once again.
