Starting to get painfully full bladder in the morning again due to winter coldness I was wondering if anyone has any advice as I havent changed my fluid intake and dont have caffiene at night.

The only thing I can think of, Tom, is perhaps there is accumulation of fluid in the legs. I get this all the time as I am stuck sitting down in the wheelchair and one needs to be using the legs to get the fluids back up the legs. Overnight things right themselves again, though.

I wonder if, in the colder times of the year, you perhaps sit around more than warmer times, say watching TV, and that you have a little fluid build up.
