I am a 50 year old male. I am have a dribbling problem. Not a full emptying of the bladder, just an occasional dribble during the day. Are there any reusable products that are any good for just a little bit of protection? I looked at the Health Dri pants and at $25 per decided against it. I bought Wellness pants (I think that is the name) on-line (for $13) and I find them to be the worst fitting underwear that I ever put on. The absorbent area is stiff and wide down the front and between the legs. The pants also don't really seem to be designed after regular underwear. The Health Dri pants I looked at were constructed the same way.
Does anyone have any ideas? Or should I just wear multiple pairs of regular underwear at once?

You may want to talk to a urologist to see if your prostate is enlarged. That can cause blockage when trying to empty your bladder and the dribbling after.

Depends Mens guards are not too bad for mild dribbling. They are disposable and fit inside regular underwear. It would be easy to carry a spare in a back pocket and change it when it needs it.

Wearing multiple pair of underwear would get tight at the waist as the elastic waist bands each add their tension.

I will make an appointment to see a doctor. I agree about that.

I may will have to keep the Kins products in mind if things become worse. At this point they seem to be a bit much.
And in the meantime I will look into the Depends Guards.
