June 30 2011 was the first time I put a diaper for the night time accidents. January 6 2012 was the last day I ever wore normal underwear..I know the dates, how sad is that?
Oh, and about two years before all of that was the begining with pads and guards.

Just over 20 years for me. I'm used to wearing diapers but I'm not, know what I mean? I'm bowel and now bladder IC and it's no party.
