Im sorry to hear that you are back in the hospital. At least in there you can get the better antibiotics by IV and hopefully you will be back home soon. :cry:

hi schoppy. im out (again) with stronger antibiotics and they cut my leg open. it hurt like hell but they gave me 2 shots of fentynol.
im picking up my antibiotics and oxycodone now.
i feel like hell but am trying to stay positive.

Poor you keep taking the meds have you tried regular baithing with salt and warm water to keep the wound area clean. Worked for me after an operation I had that became infected.

Take care enjoy the time with your cat lots of cuddles and licks.

Yeah, no appologies needed.

Yes, yogurt helps a LOT. Make sure it is greek yogurt though (chobani), which has the probiotics you'll need. Be careful not to get "greek style" (dannon) though. That is just a thickened normal yogurt which only has 1-2 probiotics in it.

Still, greek yogurt has something 3-4 probiotics in it. Keifer has something like 6-8, and is also loaded with vitamins and minerals. When you're recovering after antibiotics, this is a definite case where the more is the merrier.
