Porkchop,
First thing Happy Anniversary, I agree with Papa, wear a pair of boxers over a pull up and go have fun with your wife.

@Batman: Thanks!!

@Papa and @MLHJr: That is a good idea, that should work for a very short trip! :)

Thanks for everyone that offered advice!! And, if anyone wants to keep the thread going with how you deal with massages and other natural holistic therapies please do... I'm interested.

Hiya pork chop.

Massages have been a pretty normal thing for me along with PT. The therapists and masseuses are generally pretty professional about it all. At times it was even emotional for me getting a massage which was kinda weird and felt awkward though the therapist was cool about it. The therapist would just drape around the diaper as needed and kinda work around it. It has saved me from a few more embarrassing leaks at leasthe. I try to wear a thinner diaper to the massage.
And really they feel pretty great for my back and such especially for flare ups.

Compression boxers over a pull up would do the trick, that is what I wore when I had massage after my MVA, limited fluids as I was a master at that in no time, but continually de-hydrated, but the massage therapist I had never said a word about the special underwear. Most are there for some sort of back/spine issue, so yes, they see them all the time, it's us that get all nervous about it! :-) Puffy

Professional Massage therapist here. 10 years in the business and I have never heard another therapist speak of anyone diapered. I am sure it has happened (I've worked on a few myself) but we are a usually professional lot so don't worry about it. Now I have been hesitant to get one myself, but only because I work with these people and would like to avoid any awkward situations.
