Yes, I'm wet during the day, but dry at night.Not too sure, why this is, perhaps because i get up during the night to use the loo.

I wrote a thread about this years ago so yep me too, although I have a catheter now. What's weird is that when I had the catheter out for 24 hours, the incontinence was worse (full) but I still remained almost conpletely dry overnight. I say mostly as with the urethra being more stretched/open, here was always a little leaking.

You know I was thinking about this one today and I'm glad it had a recent comment. I remember reading somewhere that when a person sleaps, the body slows down the production of urine in order to prevent leaking and provide for a well rest. I know there is a medical name for that but can't remember it right now. But in general that is what happens.

I was dry at night up until about a feW nights ago. I seem to be leaking 24/7 now...
