Re: Shoulder issues

I've had at least two dozen or maybe even 30 plus surgeries. I can also say only a couple of them were useless, but I do not regret getting any one of them done. The surgeries, all of them, are fully intended to make your life better.

Yes, the recuperation afterwards can be long and painful, but in the long run after that I have always been better for it. Chances are pretty good it will be for you should too, but like the others said, make sure your really and truly need it first. There's no point going through it if a surgery won't help you in the long run.

I took two nasty falls in the last couple years and managed to separate both my shoulders. Thankfully at different times.
It was very painful and immobilized my arms for a long time. About 7 months of considerable pain and weakness. It finally resolved itself pain free in a year. Ugh. Now just recovering with a broken arm and carpal tunnel surgery, the whole diaper issue poped up. I handled it by laying flat out on the diaper and holding the front in place by laying my bad arm on the diaper and doing the rest with my good arm. Yeah it was tough and the results were less than professional but it got the job done
