P.B. is right the biggest asset I have is my wife. I didn't say anything at first because I didn't want to upset you. Please have a sit down with her, my wife helps me remember times to change or catheter, do I have my back pack etc. Don't be afraid to over protect, I boost my diapers just to make sure a flood doesn't mess up our outings. This is a great place to talk it out and information.
