I do care. About ME. I want what is going to work for me. Even as my condition seems to change. And I do care what other people think about me. My work? No one there needs to know about my issues. And if my friends find out? They are my friends and it won't matter. And my family? They will have to handle it.

All very true, ScottK.....Dr. Seuss says "those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter" I think those are wise words. As I said in my earlier post, I don't really want people to know, but if they find out it's not the end of the world......I'm still not going to go around with a neon sign though.....most of my family and my wife's famil already know I'm wearing diapers and using foleys...a foley is pretty tough to hide.......

I don't really worry about my bedwetting anymore. I certainly don't bother about who knows and who doesn't.

It is kind of strange to me, I have been a bed wetter for almost 15 years and the stigma with wearing diapers at my age has never changed. However, when I was a kid not being potty trained by age two was frowned upon, but today I is common for kids to be almost five and still in diapers. What is strange is that the stigma for kids has shifted but not for adults. It is falsely assumed that if you are not in a wheelchair, or 90 years old you should be able to hold your liquids and that is simply not the case and those of us that deal with incontinent know that all to well. I for one am just sick of everyone else giving an darn about every aspect of someone else life. (Don't get me wrong I facebook and everything else as) But there is some things that are just none of someone else business.
