I used the KINS AIO at night until I became bowel incon. I know I tried a few other brands but KINS was always the best. I would recommend the use of an AIO to anyone that needs protection at night that is only bladder incon.

We used to use cloth on my two children when they were little. The most disgusting thing was when we had to wash the feces out of the cloth diapers. Since I became bladder and bowel incon, I would never consider using cloth diapers for that reason. I have frequent loose stools and that would be a huge turn off for me to have to clean that up. I wear abena's and it is just so much easier to take the diaper off, clean up, and throw it away. Theres something to be said for simplicity.
