Disposables or cloth diapers? And why?

Hi
I’m dealing with urge incontinence so I am not able to predict or anticipate when I need to relieve myself.
In a couple of weeks I’ll be attending a workshop at my job, external all day event. And I guess you letting at will will be impossible, only to make matters worse.
I assume changing diaper is not an option, unless I want to out myself to my colleagues and managers.
We will be driving together in cars, so I worry more about odor and being leak free, than bulk. Although I don’t want to waddle like a duck if I can help it.
I will wear plastic pants to help reduce any odor.
Also the diaper must be available in Europe, so unfortunately “Northshore” is out of the question,
I hope btw. Northshore brand eventually will be available in Europe, as I have only heard great things about them.
So criteria are:
Diaper that can last 8 hours, minimum.
No odor
Are fairly discrete despite having more capacity.
Plastic backed is obvious, despite that will mean a little more crinkle

I think a Betterdry diaper with a PUL Pant would be your best bet. The BetterDrys do expand a bit but they will hold for 8 hours without leaks for most people. I'm pretty sure Save Express (in Germany) stocks them.
