I could never use cloth as my issues are bowel related. After an accident I want my used diaper and it's contents as far away from me as possible. I've seen a lot of disgusting things when I was a cop, but poop is just gross no matter what. I still feel guilty about wearing diapers even though it would be far worse not to. I've found onsies are very useful and help maintain discretion. It took me a while to get over the whole AB/DL thing before I ordered them from XPMedical. They are great tool but I still feel uncomfortable wearing them at times. Some stigmas die hard I guess. If someone has a diaper fetish fine they just need to be honest about it. As long as there are no children involved I don't care if they wear diapers or not. I don't understand it or the desire to be actually incontinent. As I said in another post, they should be careful what they wish for.
