Hello.. after my wetting spurts on friday, i went home that very night and ordered some attends with waistband from xp medical, and since i needed protection ASAP, i went with the second day air.. and as usual, XP medical suprised me with their speed of delivery.. somehow, the package arrived BEFORE the confirmation email did! When i first started having incontinence problems, i tried out the attends with waisband from HDIS..and knew right then that they were the most comfotable brief to wear. unfortunately, since i couldnt afford them and had to rely on diapers provided by my insurance, i never actually bought a pack or a case..well, since im wetting again, i thought why not..give these a try. if im having leakage issues might as well be comfortable. The product does seem a bit thinner than i remember, but it does have the 3 tapes and waistband, and is infinetly more comfortable than depend while having the same features. Its actually less absorbent than attends breathable extra absorbent.. but, i may not need the abosrbency of the attends extra absorbent all the time...and one thing that i noteiced is they are a lot quiter than depend.. am i satisfied with my purchase? yes, mostly. i was hoping theyd be a tad thicker for proteciton and absorbency..well, i havent yet had a chance to test absorbency.. but judging by thickness.. id say they are decent..probably more absorbent than depend, while still being about the same thinckness.. For sure the waisband is better than depend by far.

All for now

Rob

I don't know what it is about the Attends, but they really are comfortable. I've heard that they have a "square cut" design, but whatever the reason I remember them fitting me really well. But you're right that they're thinner than they used to be, and I never had much use for a diaper with so little capacity.

I know they have an extended use diaper, and it really is capacious, but far less form-fitting on me.

I'm sorry to say that I never got to try the Attends brand back when it was owned by P&G. Well, at least I don't think I did. I've tried nearly every brand out there at one point or another.
