I don't play on a sports team but I do go to the gym and workout. I just wear something over the diaper that conceals it. And I am discreet, changing in a private dressing room or on a stall. If I was on a team I don't think I would mention it.

I used to play city rec slow pitch softball. Most of the time I would wear protection under a pair of shorts or sweat pants when the weather was cooler. Nobody was the wiser but then we didn't have a locker room. When I go swimming I just wear a pair of swim trunks. I'm not bowel incontinent so there is no need for a swim diaper.

I was never much into sports. But for what it's worth when I was a kid in High School I was allowed to use the gym teachers locker room to dress etc. away from the other students. Maybe if you talk to those in charge they can help you?......................Sandy :)

I regularly do some kind of activity. I played softball in a church league last fall. I have bladder and bowel issues and wore a diaper underneath my gym shorts. I just wore a pair of basketball style gym shorts. They were lightweight and comfortable. There was no issue with my team mates. Nobody ever found me out over the whole season. I have told family and a couple close friends of my incon issues. It wasn't that big of a deal. Everyone I've told has been receptive and supportive. I do swim in pools and go to the beach. I wear a swim diaper on those occasions underneath my board shorts. I also ride a bike regularly. I just wear a diaper under my bike shorts. I see incon issues as a manageable condition.

Elmo, bike riding is my thing. I have a dripping issue and an inability to hold very much, so if I go on a 90 minute bike ride I'm gonna get wet no matter what. Also, I refuse to dehydrate myself and drink plenty of water while riding, especially when it's hot. My solution is to wear black bike shorts and just let it go. The wetness hardly shows on the black spandex material. In the winter I wear my pullup diaper under a pair of black sweatpants. Again, the black color tends to hide leaks which often occur when you're sitting on a bicycle seat with a wet diaper on.

I realize this doesn't have a lot of relevance to team sports, but I thought I'd throw in my two cents anyway. Good luck.

I love to ride bicycles and going for long rides. Diapers are a normal part of my attire and work well with biking. I wear regular shorts over the diapers and i doubt anyone can tell. Since i sweat anyway, the diapers add no difference and are not uncomfortable. I typically wear an attends and a Huggies overnight soaker and they are good for the whole ride. Working out at the gym is the same thing, just wear my normal diaper and concentrate on the equipment and head home to shower.
